REACH Waupun has received funding from SSM Health to improve the health and well-being of youth in our community, attending Waupun Public Schools or CWC, by providing financial assistance to those in need to pay for fees related to sports, equipment, or extracurricular activities. 

To qualify, parents must agree that their child will regularly attend practice, games, and tournaments, and agree to the individual sports parent volunteer hour requirements.
