THE 2023 HOLIDAY HELP PROGRAM IS NOW OPEN.
​Applications are being accepted. 

Each year, thanks to the generosity of area churches, businesses, and individuals, the
Waupun Holiday Help program serves families in the Waupun area who need help during the holiday season. Families who choose to take advantage of the Holiday Help program will receive a gift certificate for groceries and a personalized donation of gifts. 

Looking to Help? If you would like to donate to Holiday Help or are interested in "adopting" a family, please go to the "How to Support Holiday Help" section.

How to Support holiday help

Donate: Any donations made will be used to give each family a ham and a gift certificate for groceries. In order to distribute the food and gift certificates to the families alongside the gifts, donations are due no later than December 8th, 2023. 

To donate, you can:

• Drop your donation off at NEBAT for Jessica Buchholz. 
• Mail your donation to Holiday Help, PO Box 151, Waupun, WI 53963.

Checks should be made out to Waupun Holiday Help. 

Adopt a Family: If you'd like to "adopt" a family to purchase gifts for, please EMAIL [email protected]

Apply for Holiday Help

Applications are being accepted for the 2023 year and are due by November 20th. 

Apply directly by picking up applications available (in both English and Spanish) at the following locations:

• All of the Waupun School District offices
• National Exchange Bank And Trust
• Waupun Food Pantry

Pick up of gifts is scheduled for Saturday, December 16th 2023 at the Waupun Fire Department. 
Families will be given a timeframe to pick up their gifts that day.
